Once I receive your order, I will contact you to confirm order details before requesting payment via Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle. I will also provide a date for pick up or shipment. Products are Made-to-Order, so please provide 3-5 business days once payment is received. Once production has commenced, payments are only 50% refundable. The order is 100% non-refundable once it has been picked up or shipped.
